MMOGA RIPPED ME OFF

On the 17th of aug 2010 i payed 43euro to mmoga for xboxlive 12month live.  they sent me used codes and when i email them to let them know they did nothing about it.  to date they keep telling me to be patient.  well 5weeks later how patient should one be. has anyone had the same problem?
